The mission of The Justen Company is to create exceptional real estate developments that offer unparalleled quality and design in outstanding locations. In addition, the company adds value for its partners, investors, and the firm itself through real estate development and related project management. The Seattle-based firm’s rigorous risk-management practices rely on an in-depth assessment of each market and construction variable; an assessment that allows The Justen Company to identify and manage risks associated with real estate development. Members of the firm have been associated with a number of award-winning projects in the Greater Seattle area, including Market Place Tower by the Pike Place Market, and Zymogenetics and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Campus, both on South Lake Union.

The Justen Company completed Bella Mira Estates in 2007 –16 luxury waterfront condominiums on Lake Sammamish, in Issaquah Washington, which is a recreational residential location that inspired Gallery 260. The firm also managed  development of Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue  an exclusive 38-story condominium tower near Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market, completed in March of 2009.

The Justen Company was founded in 1995 by William Justen, a developer with more than 30 years of experience in the public and private real estate sectors. Marty Goodman, a partner in 260 First LLC, a company formed by the Justen Company specifically to develop Gallery 260, is handling project management.
